Looking for third-party testing
Before you buy a cannabis or hemp-based drink, make sure it’s been third-party tested for quality and safety. If a brand isn’t publishing its results, find one that is!
Thinking through nutrition
Have you narrowed down a few options? Now look at the nutrition facts label and choose one that uses as many natural ingredients as possible. (Look closely at the calorie count and sugar content if that’s important to you, too!)
Weighing delta 9 vs delta 8
Looking for that classic pot high? Delta 9 drinks are what you’re after. There are lots of delta 8 drinks out there, too—but they’re not as potent. Some people also say it gives them an uncomfortable body high and interrupts their sleep.
It sure doesn't. Just keep your unopened cans in a cool, dark spot. That said, we do recommend chilling your seltzer before drinking—and refrigerating it if you hit your sweet spot and want to save the rest for later.
